Katrina Kaif changed the 'haldi' fashion trend by opting for an ivory organdy lehenga from Sabyasachi Mukherjee for her function.
Katrina Kaif is officially Mrs Kaushal after tying the knot with the love of her life, Vicky Kaushal. The two had exchanged the wedding vows on December 9, 2021, in Rajasthan under tight security and we all were busy speculating what the bride and groom must have worn on different occasions. As Katrina and Vicky have started sharing pictures from their wedding functions, we are in awe of their wedding trousseau.
On December 11, 2021, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had shared mesmerizing pictures from their haldi ceremony. The two were seen drenched in haldi as everyone had showered them with flowers. The happiness on their faces was evident and had made us believe in the magic of love marriage. Sharing the pictures, both Vicky and Katrina had written:
"Shukr. Sabr. Khushi."

Skipping yellow for haldi, Katrina Kaif opted for a white and gold outfit from the ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The designer shared pictures of Katrina from her haldi ceremony, mentioning the details of her outfit. She wore an ivory organdy lehenga with gota and tilla embroidery. She teamed her lehenga with an organza dupatta in gota and marori embroidery, trimmed with kiran.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had turned Sabyasachi bride and groom and we still cannot get over their wedding look. Katrina had donned a classic Sabyasachi red bridal lehenga in handwoven matka silk with fine tilla work and meticulously embroidered revival zardozi borders in velvet. In homage to her husband, Vicky’s Punjabi roots, her veil was custom-trimmed with handmade kiran in hand-beaten silver electroplated in gold. Her lehenga was paired with bespoke bridal jewellery of uncut diamonds in 22K gold detailed with hand-strung pearls from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery.

On December 5, 2021, Katrina Kaif was spotted visiting Vicky Kaushal’s residence with her family, wearing a white ruffled chiffon saree, for a pre-wedding function. She had completed her look with golden kadhas enhanced with kundan work and had added golden and white pearl drop chandbalis. Katrina’s jewels were from the brand, Tayani Fine Jewels and were quite expensive. According to a fan page of Katrina, the actress had worn kadha from their Bhumi collection and it costs approximately Rs. 4,20,000 and her chandbalis were from their Vaibhavi collection, which costs around Rs. 2,81,000.
Katrina Kaif’s ivory georgette ruffled saree set was from the shelves of famous celebrity designer, Arpita Mehta. She had teamed it with a customised sequin silver strappy blouse. It was enhanced with unique reflective diamantes on an ivory background. Her blouse came with a plunging neckline, and beautiful double straps featuring stylish sequin embellishments. After some digging on the internet, we had discovered that the cost of Katrina's pristine white saree is Rs. 54,000 on the designer's official website.
On December 6, 2021, Katrina Kaif had headed to Jaipur for her wedding and was a sight to behold in her yellow outfit. Katrina's gorgeous ensemble was from the shelves of famous designer, Anamika Khanna. The hefty price tag of her sharara set was shocking as her elegant yellow outfit was priced at Rs. 1,37,984 on the designer’s official site.
