Karishma Tanna opened up about the weirdest rumour she heard about herself is that she is pregnant, just because she had rubbed her belly.
Karishma Tanna, who is soon going to be seen in Netflix's, Scoop, talked about the weirdest rumour she had heard about herself. The actress revealed that people claimed she was pregnant just because she rubbed her belly while walking towards her car. For the unversed, Karishma got married to her longtime beau, Varun Bangera on February 5, 2022, in a beach wedding.
A while ago, Karishma's pregnancy rumours were rife after she was spotted outside a restaurant with her husband, Varun. Recently, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Karishma talked about the weirdest rumour and said that people commented that she is pregnant just because she rubbed her belly once. Clarifying the same, Karishma said she had a full tummy after dinner, and it lead to people making assumptions. Karishma was quoted as saying:
"That I am pregnant. I was just outside a restaurant, and I just touched my belly because I had eaten a lot. Media was like ‘I think she is pregnant because she is rubbing her belly’. Please have some life. I was shocked, I just touched my belly and rubbed it once. This is the weirdest scoop."

It was in January 2022, when Karishma shared her first pictures with her fiance, Varun. The duo was seen holding hands and lost in each other's embrace in the photos. Alongside it, Karishma had penned a happy start to her new year. She had written:
"Thanku 2021, Excited for #2022, Happy New Year to you all."
