Not many know that Karishma and Varun had met through common friends. While Karishma is a renowned name in glam and glitz, Varun is a real-estate businessman.
For those who don't know, Karishma likes to keep her personal life private. She refrains from sharing details about her love affair. In 2019, during the shoot of Naagin 3, she was rumoured to be dating her co-star, Pearl V Puri. The duo had maintained their just friends' stance and after which rumours of their breakup had stirred the internet.

Recently, a report by The Times of India revealed that the actress has gotten engaged in a hush-hush ceremony with Varun Bangera. While the duo has not confirmed anything, Karishma shared an Instagram story with a slice of a cake and congratulations written on the plate. Check it out:
Before this, Karishma Tanna was dating Upen Patel and there were rumours that the two would get married. They had felt a strong connection in season eight of the reality show, Bigg Boss. Later, they participated in Nach Baliye 7 as a couple, and Upen had proposed to her. However, after the reality show ended, they had parted ways on a sour note.
In a 2015 interview with the PTI, Karishma Tanna had shared her thoughts on getting married. She had shared that she wants to concentrate on her career as marriage is not running anywhere. The actress had said:
"Right now, we are working very hard... Marriage is not running away. It is not the ultimate thing for us, it is not like marriage will define our relationship. We are in a committed relationship and in a happy space. Let's see what future holds for us... One also needs to find enough time to get married as it is not a single-day thing,"
