Karan Johar had a hilarious reaction as Samantha Ruth Prabhu touched his feet on the stage during one of the events in Mumbai.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan will be cast together in the Indian series of the Citadel universe, Citadel: Honey Bunny. The director duo, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK confirmed the movie to be released on Amazon Prime Video at an event. In one of the videos from the Prime Video event in Mumbai, filmmaker, Karan Johar had a humorous exchange with Varun as Samantha tried to touch his feet on stage.
On March 19, 2024, Prime Video held an event in Mumbai, which was hosted by none other than Karan Johar. During one of the segments of the video, Samantha was seen touching Karan's feet on the stage, which made the latter freak out. Karan was heard yelling 'No No', and even Samantha got scared. The incident further led to a hilarious exchange between Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan, and the latter said:
"I feel everyone should touch Karan's feet."

Varun Dhawan's statement left everyone to go ROFL. However, it looked like it didn't go down well with Karan, who immediately reacted to it. Karan said that he doesn't want to be aged as he is finally over his midlife crisis and said:
"I don't want to be aged here please. I am finally over my midlife crisis. I don't want you to put me in my place, please."
Reacting to Karan Johar's statement, Varun Dhawan then said, "I don't think you all realise how old Karan is because he does a great job with his dermatologist." However, Karan clarified that he hasn't got anything done to his face unlike other celebrities. He was heard saying:
“There are lots of people who have done jobs on their faces, I am not one of them.”
