Kaley Cuoco took to her Instagram handle on October 14, 2026, and shared a series of pictures announcing the birth of her daughter. According to the post, the actress and her fiancé, Tom Pelphrey, welcomed her second child on October 12, 2026. Taking to her social media platform, Kaley posted a carousel of intimate photos from the hospital as she announced her happy news.
In the heartfelt post, she announced the baby's name as Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey. For those who don't know, Philomena comes from the Greek word philouméne, which means beloved. It can also be broken down into Phílos, which means love, and ménos, which means strength. Kaley Cuoco was quoted as saying:
"Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey. 10/12/26. There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing. We are so grateful for the crazy, wild up-and-down journey that brought us to our little Philo! Family officially complete. Time to bring Matilda’s baby home! @tommypelphrey life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming. I love you forever, girl daddy!"
Kaley Cuoco included photos of her newborn on her Instagram Stories as well. Along with the pictures, she wrote, "She's here!" The newly minted mom of two also added videos of her baby daughter snuggled in a blanket. The actress' older daughter, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, 3, smiled in another photo on her Stories, wearing a T-shirt that read "Big Sister", as the actress penned, "Someone waiting at home for us!"

The pictures featured Kaley and her fiancé, Tom Pelphrey. The couple was seen sitting and posing with their little daughter, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey. The family of three was smiling in front of a huge, rainbow-sprinkle-covered cake that read, "It's a..." and a bit of the cake's pink interior, and fans were quick to guess that the couple would be blessed with a baby girl.
The cake's interior was enough to send fans into a frenzy when they learned the pair was expecting a girl. Talking about their firstborn, Tom Pelphrey and Kaley Cuoco welcomed their first child, Matilda Carmine Richie, in 2023. The couple announced her birth in a heartwarming post, which read, "Introducing Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!"
As for the couple, Tom Pelphrey and Kaley Cuoco have been going strong for a while now. The actress found solace with Tom after two failed marriages. It was only in September 2026 that Tom left the actress in tears after he addressed her in a heartfelt speech after winning his first Emmy Award. Tom Pelphrey won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role on HBO's Task at the 2026 Emmy Awards.
