Kailash Kher revealed that he once attempted suicide by jumping into the river Ganga, as he was frustrated with multiple failures in his life.

Kailash debuted in the industry in 2004 and soon became a household name. Now, the singer is considered one of the most successful singers of B-town. However, there was a dark phase in his life when he considered himself a failure.
An old interview with the Saiyyan singer recently surfaced on our feeds, where he revealed that there was a dark phase in his life where he started doubting himself and did not want to live anymore. He added that everything he was doing was turning into a failure, and frustrated by it, he decided to end his life once and for all.

Kailash Kher was in Rishikesh during that time, and he jumped into the river Ganga in an attempt to end his life. However, a gentleman too jumped into the river to save him. The man then pulled him to the coast and scolded him for trying to end his life this way. After this incident, Kailash Kher locked himself up in his room and tried to communicate with god to show him the purpose of his life.
Kailash Kher revealed that his wife, Sheetal, is 11 years younger than him, and the two met through mutual friends. She was a confident urban columnist while he was a shy aspiring musician. However, the two started hanging out together and fell in love. The couple is blessed with a baby boy, Kabir.

Kailash Kher is presently working on creating music catering to every possible genre.
