Jude Law's ex, Catherine Harding, hit back at Chappell Roan as she denied that her security guard was involved in harsh behaviour with the former's 11-year-old daughter.
Brazilian footballer, Jorginho Frello, took to his IG handle and called out pop-star, Chappell Roan, as his wife, Catherine Harding and her daughter, Ada, fell into an incident that left the latter (11-year-old) in tears. Catherine Harding and her ex, Jude Law's daughter, Ada was said to have received harsh and aggressive behaviour from Chappell Roan, for doing absolutely nothing, which left the little one hurt.
Chappell Roan, following the allegation, took to her social media handle and denied any of her personal security guard being involved in any harsh behaviour with 'a mother and a child' as she didn't ask anyone, or no one came up to her, as she said. Now, Catherine Harding came forward to share her side of the story.
Taking to her social media handle, Catherine Harding revealed that while she is aware of Chappell Roan's statement, she is 100 per cent sure that it was not any of the hotel's staff members, but rather someone who looks after artists. Catherine shared that she doesn't know whether that security guard was the pop star's personal security guard or not, but he was with Chappell.
Catherine also added that she doesn't know whether that security guard was sent to her by Chappell or not, but when someone is a celebrity, it's their responsibility to keep it in check that those who are for her/him should act on their behalf. She questioned whether the security guard would do what he did without her authority. Catherine shared:
"It wasn't her security and that she didn't do it" well, 100% this wasn't a security guard of the hotel that's what I can say, he looks after artists. Now I don't know if he's her personal security guard but he was with her, so that is all I know, did she send him to do it? again, I don't know, I would like to hope not. But at the same time you have a responsibility when you are a celebrity that the people who work for you and act on your behalf are acting on your behalf. So would he do that if he didn't have her authority? I don't know. If he does, thats a big problem. because then he is representing her in a way she doesn't want to be represented."
Catherine Harding went on to reveal that Chappell was right when she said that she didn't notice anything, because nothing as such happened except for her daughter walking past Chappell's table. Catherine said that her daughter didn't even have her phone and she didn't even try to click any photos of the pop star, rather just smiled, when the security guard walked to their table and confronted the mother, tagging her as a 'bad parent'. Catherine said that the security guard continued to slam her, saying that they shouldn't harass people, while she tried to explain that her daughter was only 'excited' and they were not doing anything. Chatherine could be quoted as saying:
"I hope [Chappell] did not know, I hope she did not send her security over to do this. I really think she is a very very talented artist we liked her a lot we came all the way to São Paulo to watch her show/ It was her birthday presented, she asked for tickets, it was a little bit ruined because we didn't go to the show last night but that's how it is'.'I hope that maybe if it wasn't her that maybe she learns not to allow the people who work for her not to treat people like this."
Chappell Roan took to her social media handle and shared her side of the story. She didn't name anyone but addressed the incident that had taken place with a security guard, a mother, and the child. She said that the security guard was not her security guard and she was just sitting in her hotel in Sao Paulo and having her breakfast, so no one came to her and she didn't ask anyone to talk to the allegedly involved mother and child. She also mentioned that it was really unfair of the security to do what he had done because nothing even happened. She also said that the mother and the children didn't deserve the kind of treatment, although she denied that any of her security was involved in this.
