Indian Cricketer Piyush Chawla Becomes A Proud Father To A Baby Boy

It’s raining babies not only in Bollywood and television world, but also in the world of cricket. A few days ago, we told you cricketer Mohammad Kaif and his wife Priya Yadav welcomed their second child, a baby girl. And now the next cricketer who just became a daddy is Piyush Chawla. 

The cricketer who is a part of IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders welcomed a baby boy recently. Piyush is married to former HR professional Anubhuti Chauhan.

Not much is known about this star performer and his beautiful wife’s love story, but according to an online portal, Piyush and Anubhuti were friends before they fell in love. Anubhuti was his neighbour and the two dated for two years before tying the knot in November 2013.

Piyush is a hardcore non-vegetarian while Anubhuti is a vegetarian. But Piyush loves some of the vegetarian dishes Anubhuti whips for him. Another interesting thing about the couple is their love for fitness and gym. 

Fellow cricketer Yusuf Pathan congratulated the new mommy and daddy and welcomed the tiny one. Here’s how he congratulated him on Twitter. 

In an adorable video posted by Kolkata Knight Riders on their Twitter page, the new daddy was asked the clichéd question – who the baby looks like? Though it was too early to answer this one, but the happy daddy handled it brilliantly. Jokingly, Piyush said: 

“He is very good-looking and handsome, so I believe he has gone on me.” 

We wonder what Piyush’s wife; Anubhuti has to say about this one. He was also asked about the diaper duty and if he is ready to change the diapers, to which Piyush said that he will take care of everything once he goes back.
