For the uninitiated, Soha Ali Khan and her husband, Kunal Kemmu, had embraced parenthood on September 29, 2017, with the arrival of the cutest little angel in their lives, whom they have lovingly named Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. However, not many are aware of Inaaya's name's connection with Goddess Durga. Since their baby girl was born on the ninth day of Navratri, Soha and Kunal had consciously kept Naumi as a middle name for her and had named her Inaaya Naumi Kemmu.

On August 15, 2021, Soha Ali Khan took to her Instagram stories and dropped a Boomerang that features her daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, waving a handmade national flag while looking out of her house's window is just way too special. The little birdie looked gorgeous in a yellow coloured top and white skirt, and her enthusiasm in the Boomerang lifts our hopes for the future. The doting mother put a 'Jai Hind' GIF atop it, wishing happy Independence day to everyone. A few minutes ago, Soha dropped a beautiful picture with Inaaya, in which the mother-daughter duo can be seen twinning in white as they celebrate Independence Day. The doting mommy also shared a glimpse from the same on her IG stories.

Last year on August 15, 2020, when the whole of India was celebrating the 74th Independence Day, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had enjoyed the patriotic day with her parents. Kunal Kemmu had to his IG handle and had shared an adorable picture of Inaaya in her mommy's arms. In the picture, Inaaya could be seen holding the national flag in her hand while daddy, Kunal, had clicked the picture.

Along with the picture, Kunal Kemmu had also penned a note explaining his meaning of freedom to everyone. The actor had begun his note by explaining the new meaning of freedom and had written, "All these years we celebrated Independence Day and celebrated our freedom, fought for bravely and selflessly by our forefathers. Even though we knew what it would mean to not have freedom we never understood what it meant, until now. Freedom has a new meaning and it means so much more today as we as a country as a world and as a species fight this virus."

Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu's life had taken a complete U-turn with the arrival of their little munchkin, Inaaya. As per the reports of the Deccan Chronicle, Kunal had stated that he and Soha became different people after the birth of Inaaya and are still learning the dos and don'ts of parenting. Adding further, he had said that they would spend the whole day watching television earlier, but now, things are different. He had also retorted, "Now at times, I have to wait to talk to Soha because I knew she will not take my calls at certain times, and so on."
