Gordon Ramsay's Netflix documentary is out, and here's the real reason why his two children, Megan and Jack didn't appear there.

Gordon Ramsay's series, Being Gordon Ramsay, has been released on Netflix, offering an inside look at his professional and personal life. Gordon's close ones, including his wife and most of his six children, made their appearances, except for two, Megan and Jack. In the series, which consists of six episodes, Being Gordon Ramsay features five new dining concepts inside London’s landmark 22 Bishopsgate and also iconic locations like Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas. Well, with two of Gordon's children not being present in his series, there has been chatter around, and he recently revealed the real reason behind this.

Gordon Ramsay reveals why his two kids didn't appear in his Netflix series

Gordon Ramsay and his wife, Tana, have six children together, and talking about the reason, their two children, Megan and Jack, didn't make their presence in the series, the chef revealed during an interview with Food Bible that both his children are busy with their respective professional lives. Megan is a police officer, while Jack works in the Royal Marines.

Gordon said Megan is a police officer and thus has a duty, jokingly adding that she even warned him against using a phone at a traffic light. On the other hand, Gordon spoke about his son, Jack and added that his son is a busy boy and he cannot be anywhere near that. To mention, both Megan and Jack keep a low profile, and apart from these two, Gordan and Tana are parents to Holly, Tilly, Oscar, and Jesse. To quote Gordon Ramsay:

"Meg’s a police officer, so just out of security for her, that’s crucial," he said, before joking: "And secondly, she said, 'Dad, if you ever get caught with your phone out at a traffic light, I will f*****g kill you.'"

Gordon Ramsay's other children appeared in the Netflix series

Gordon is a proud father who often took to his social media handle and shared acknowledgement posts for his kids after their respective achievements, be it with Megan getting her degree from Oxford or Jack joining the Royal Marines. While Jack and Megan were not visible in the Netflix video, it was Holly, who was present in the video, and we could get a glimpse of her engagement party with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty. Tilly also made an appearance in Gordon's Netflix series. Tilly is currently in a culinary school. The series features Gordon dropping Tilly off at her school, while the younger children also make appearances in the series.

Gordon Ramsay talked about fatherhood

In an interview with PEOPLE, Gordon Ramsay talked about his fatherhood while adding that people who saw him on this documentary don't really know what upbringing is. He also mentioned that his mom would work in three different types of jobs and would work on Christmas Day. He also added that people shouldn't take anything for granted, for that matter.

Gordon further mentioned that there's a relentless pursuit of whatever someone has gotten and how someone has gotten it, so the base should be that the person would never want to lose it. As per Gordon, that's why some people are so much more careful about what they do, how they do it. Speaking more about the same, Gordon Ramsay revealed that he would never say anything to his mom, but the schedule actually left him and his siblings to grow up in a dysfunctional family. He also mentioned that he had a torrid relationship with his father, who once called him a 'snob'. Speaking about the same, Gordon mentioned:

"I, sadly, had a torrid relationship with my father. My father called me a snob once. And I said, ‘No, definitely not a snob. I just want to get out of the s--- mess I was born in.'"
