Geeta Basra penned a heartmelting wish for her princess, Hinaya Heer Plaha on her fifth birthday and revealed how she changed their lives.
Indian cricketer, Harbhajan Singh and actress, Geeta Basra had begun their forever journey on October 29, 2015. On July 27, 2016, Harbhajan and Geeta had embraced parenthood for the first time and had welcomed their baby girl, Hinaya Heer Plaha. And since then, their lives have been revolving around their little angel, Hinaya.
In March 2021, Harbhajan and Geeta had announced their second pregnancy. On July 10, 2021, the lovely couple had welcomed their baby boy, and Hinaya was promoted to a big sister. On July 26, 2021, Geeta had taken to her IG handle and had shared a picture of Hinaya and her baby brother. Announcing the name of the little one, Geeta had written, "Introducing HEER ka VEER... Jovan Veer Singh Plaha."

On July 27, 2021, Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra's firstborn, Hinaya Heer Plaha, turned five, and the doting mommy penned an adorable birthday wish for her. Posting two animated pictures of her princess, Hinaya, Geeta had written, "To my princess… you changed our lives forever in the most beautiful and unimaginable way the moment you were born… how quickly these 5 years have passed... thank you for lighting up our lives and completing us… you are an absolute joy and I thank God for choosing us to be your parents... happy happiest 5th birthday my sweetheart mummy loves you the most."
Last year, on Hinaya's fourth birthday, her parents, Harbhajan and Geeta, had hosted a Frozen-themed birthday bash. The little angel was dressed as queen Elsa and had looked adorable. Hinaya also had an Elsa-themed cake, and it had looked yummiest. Harbhajan had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a video of his baby girl. Alongside it, he had written, "Happy birthday putt", followed by a couple of heart emojis.
To announce their second pregnancy, Geeta had taken to her IG handle and had shared three pictures with her hubby, Harbhajan and daughter, Hinaya. In the first picture, the family was seen donning blue-coloured ensembles, and Hinaya was seen holding a black t-shirt with 'Soon to be big sister' written on it. In another picture, we had spotted Hinaya hugging the baby bump of her mommy. Alongside the pictures, Geeta had written, "Coming soon. July 2021."

In an interview with India Today, Harbhajan had talked about being a dad and had shared, "I have realised that there is nothing bigger in life. Whether you play 100 Tests, win World Cup, get all the medals in the world... Nothing is bigger than this feeling. Your kids are your biggest medals. I am realising this now after becoming a father. Earlier, my friends used to say all this. Now I endorse it 200 per cent. I am really proud to be a dad."
