A new promo for Lock Upp 2 showed Gaurav Khanna's entry as a visitor to the reality show. This marks the emotional reunion of Akanksha and Gaurav. The promo began with deeply touching Hindi lines from Gaurav about the pain he has to endure for a lifetime, without the love.
It was a hint at the pain Gaurav has been going through without Akanksha. Instantly, after meeting Akanksha, Gaurav was almost seen crying while Akanksha also teared up. He said, "Band baja dia tune."
It is worth mentioning that Akanksha said in the tenth episode that once her female friend told her that she had been unlucky in love and would always be unlucky in love. She stated that she had accepted her words. She said:
"There's this female friend of mine, and she has told me, ‘Unfortunately, you are very unlucky in love, and you will always be unlucky in love.’ I was like I have accepted it."

Akanksha Chamola shared details of their separation. She talked about her decision not to embrace motherhood. She stated that when she was in the marriage with Gaurav, she didn't feel like having children; she had no maternal instinct. Slowly, she realised that she wasn't meant to be a mother, and he was okay with it. But over time, things shifted, and then he wanted to have kids, and she couldn't give him that.
Akanksha added that she realised that Gaurav wanted to have kids eagerly, but they were no longer on the same page. She stated that she didn't have any motherly instinct, and she clearly told her husband about it. Not only this, they had a discussion where she told him that if he wanted to leave her, he also could, as people marry to have kids and to make a family.
