Gauahar Khan has been in the limelight after her ex-boyfriend, Kushal Tandon slammed Zaid Darbar in a subtly way. He laughed it off and Gauahar had praised him for not reacting. Now, a while back, the actress took to her Instagram Stories and dedicated the video to him.
As seen in the clip that Gauahar made from the car, she was seen humming singer, Anuv Jain's song, Jo Tum Mere Ho. In her caption, Gauahar wrote, "My jaan, not missing you. Jeet ke aana." The actress looked teary-eyed in the clip, but she mustered the courage to not miss Zaid and also stay strong.
TV actor Kushal Tandon and Gauahar Khan's husband, Zaid Darbar, are the two contestants who are hogging the limelight in Kunal Kemmu's reality show named Alliance. A Redditor seeing that Zaid did not take up a stand for himself wrote, "Zaid you are really a child if you think this was just a joke or a passing comment. He spoke about your wife. Grow some balls and take a stand for yourself."
A part of the comment also read, "I am not saying fight it out but you have given him the right to make these kind of jokes with you. You are losing all the respect you had!" Zaid was liked by netizens until Kushal's comment made them think that he was spineless and did not stand up for his wife. A Redditor did write:
"I was liking Zaid, but after that comment and his spineless behaviour of not standing up for his wife, the mother of his children, Gauhar as an individual, and himself literally got me raging. I don’t understand why he’s being such a pooch of Kushal’s??? I’m glad Arslan called Kushal out in a way, but I can’t believe how laid back Zaid was about the whole thing."
Kushal Tandon earlier had made a very light-hearted reference related to his earlier relationship with Gauahar Khan. What Kushal said, netizens had already interpreted it as an indirect dig at his ex-girlfriend, Gauahar. Some social media users did slam Kaushal, and some had even slammed Zaid for not speaking up for Gauahar.
Interestingly, Kushal Tandon earlier in the gym area had told Mini Mathur that he had got a 'big victory' over Zaid the other night. When Mini asked him what he meant, Zaid said that he had borrowed a cigarette from Kushal, who told him in a light-hearted manner that he liked all the things of Kushal. A lot of netizens had seen the remark as an indirect reference to the actress.
Gauahar Khan had earlier reacted to the clip and trolls, saying, "Not every ignorant thing needs a knee-jerk reaction. Only the wise know to do better." She had concluded the text by saying, "Proud of you @zaid_darbar.” Netizens had earlier even slammed Zaid, saying that despite being Gauahar's husband, he took disrespect from her ex, that is Kushal. A Redditor had written on Zaid taking disrespect and penned:
"You are taking disrespect from her ex and it's not just targeted at you but also your wife."
