While the actress changed her religion and became a Muslim, Adil called it a publicity stunt and how she trapped him. On the other hand, Rakhi suddenly showed off her love for Islam as she performed Umrah and started wearing abayas after it. Now, Gauahar Khan took a direct dig at Rakhi Sawant and how she uses Umrah for her publicity stunt.
Recently, Gauahar took to her Instagram handle and shared an IG story. She reposted a story on how a Qatar charity sent 20 orphans to Umrah. Atop it, Gauahar penned her heart out and, without taking a direct name, expressed there are some taking Islam as a joke. She added that wearing 'horrendous looking' abayas doesn't make a person Muslim.

After Adil Khan Durrani claimed Rakhi Sawant wanted to be like Sana Khan and was fascinated by the Islamic culture, Rakhi shared her story. In a press conference, Rakhi got an emotional breakdown as she shared the ordeal she had gone through. Rakhi revealed that in the five months of marriage, Adil had physically assaulted and hit her several times. She added that he even forcefully converted her to Islam.
