Farhan Akhtar's Ex-Wife, Adhuna And His Current Girlfriend, Shibani, Ignored Each Other?

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are the new ‘IT’ couple of the tinsel town. It all started last year, in 2018, when Shibani had posted a picture of a man’s photo from the back holding his hands, and everyone started wondering if it’s Farhan. A year later, she posted the same picture with Farhan’s face, and we all were sure that the rumours in 2018 were actually true. But now, they don’t need anything cryptic to post, as their social media handles are filled with PDAs and lovey-dovey posts about each other. We all know that Farhan was earlier married to Adhuna Bhabani and they ended their 16 years of marriage in 2016. While Farhan has now found love in Shibani, Adhuna has also moved on and, the new lover in Adhuna’s life is none other than actor, Dino Morea’s brother, Nicole Morea. However, during an event recently, Farhan Akhtar's ex-wife and his current girlfriend bumped into each other. Without much of an eye-contact, the two, it appeared, ignored each other. Recently, Farhan made an appearance on Tape Cast season 2 along with Bhumi Pednekar, and in the ‘Do Not Play’ segment, it was Shibani’s voice who asked her beau, “Hey Farhan, are we getting married in April or May? Can you please let me know because I am very confused!” This question left Farhan and Bhumi in jitters and then Farhan replied, “Maybe April or April be May.”

Farhan recently shared a picture of his and Shibani’s hands wherein we could see rings in their fingers. This left us all wondering if they have gotten engaged. Sharing the following picture, Farhan wrote, “There's something so real about holding hands, a kind of complex simplicity, saying so much by doing so little. ~unknown @shibanidandekar.” 

A while back, Shibani Dandekar spoke to Mid-Day about her relationship with Farhan Akhtar. Therein, she was quoted as saying, “We are public figures, so people are entitled to say what they want to. But I don't care about their opinion. I'm aware of who I am and I'm comfortable with who I choose to date.” She had further added, “I am not secretive, but I don't feel the need to say things out loud. It's up to me to decide when and what I want to share about my personal life, and it is up to the audience to decide how they look at it. How much information I want to put out in the public domain is my prerogative.”

Farhan never shies away from publicly expressing his love to Shibani. Recently, Farhan wrote a beautiful poem for his lady-love, and posted a couple picture.
