Wedding Bells For 'Meri Ashiqui Tum Se Hi' Fame Actor Mohit Abrol And Actress Mansi Srivastava

Right from Divyanka Tripathi-Vivek Dahiya to Sambhavna Seth-Avinash Dwivedi to Hunar Ali-Mayank Gandhi, the entire year seems to be a wedding season for the telly couples.

Now, Meri Ashiqui Tum Se Hi fame Mohit Abrol and Sasural Simar Ka actress Mansi Srivastava have also now decided to walk down the aisle probably this year.

Unlike most of the television couples, Mohit and Mansi fell in love with each other much before they stepped in showbiz.

Talking about how they met and the time when love sparks started flying, Mansi said:

"We are from Delhi and were flying with the same airways. We first met on a flight for Milan. It was love at first sight and we have been dating for five years now."

On being asked what clicked her about Mohit, she replied:

"He is a passionate person. He is caring and I feel protected around him. His presence is empowering.”

In fact, Mohit and Mansi wanted to get married in the initial years of their marriage. This is what Mansi stated in an interview:

"Our families opposed the decision as they wanted us to settle down in our respective careers first. Now that we have made it, they want us to tie the knot.”

Recently in an interview, Mohit Abrol opened about their marriage plans and said that the dat and venue will be finalised in August:

"We haven't fixed any date. Our families will be meeting in August. Once they meet up, they will finalise the date and the wedding venue."
