Doja Cat has lashed out at Elon Musk for removing the audio post feature on the social media website, X, and tagged him in the post.
Famous singer, Doja Cat, whose name is Amala Dlamini, has been in the headlines for slamming Elon Musk. She gave another glimpse of her outspoken nature. She asked him to bring back the audio post feature on X and lashed out at him for removing it. However, she didn't use any gentle words for him.
Doja Cat used fierce words to address Elon Musk on X. She was furious at Elon for removing the audio notes. She slammed Elon Musk and used offensive remarks such as 'frog-build-looking bitch and 'barrel-chested ewokk.' She referred to him as the small furry creatures from the Star Wars films. Instead of making a simple request, she used the moment to criticise the platform's owner. She wrote:
"@elonmusk put the audio post feature back on this app. Thanks, you hairless no-neck havin, chimpanzee. Face look like it was drawn from memory. When u swim on ur back at the beach shit look like a man o’ war. Hourglass ankles. Not tryna be mean though sorry."
It is worth adding that Elon Musk has not replied to Doja Cat's post yet. For those who don't know, Doja Cat is touring the world to promote her album, Vie, which was last September 2026. The tour began on February 5, 2026, in São Paulo, Brazil, and has been moving to countries such as Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico.
It is worth noting that Doja Cat has experienced many ups and downs. And she shared a lot of issues with her father. Doja Cat has always described him as an absentee father and claimed that she hardly knew him. Now, years after receiving the accusation from his daughter, her father, Dumisani, opened up about his side of the story, and accused her mother of brainwashing her.
Doja has often described her father as absent while she was growing up. The revelation resurfaced amid her ongoing world tour. In a series of videos, her father chose to end his silence on the matter. He shared his side of the story and what actually happened in the family. He denied all the allegations made by his daughter against him of abandoning her at a young. He stated that this has been misinterpreted. Dumisani claimed that he had always been with her, if not physically, but with his heart. He added that there were circumstances which forced him to be away.
Dlamini clarified that he never left his child. In fact, he lashed out at her mother and claimed that she was the one who brainwashed her into believing that he neglected her. The actor claimed that Doja's mother influenced her view of him on his daughter in the past years. As per him, their family broke down not due to abandonment but rather a narrative that was created within the family. In his video, he said:
"That white woman brainwash my baby that I left her. I never left my kid."
For the unversed, Doja Cat was born to parents with artistic backgrounds. But due to the cultural differences, the family was broken. Her father, Dumisani Dlamini, is a South African actor, dancer, and composer. He is famously known for his role in the 1992 film, Sarafina! alongside Whoopi Goldberg. He is a celebrated figure in South Africa for his stage and screen performances. Despite his accomplishments, he never built a relationship with his daughter. Doja has often stated that she has ‘never met’ him, even though he occasionally praises her success in interviews.
