After 8 Yrs Of Secret Relationship With A NRI, Pooja Singh Is Getting Married In December

We love it whenever our beloved television and Bollywood celebrities happily announce their weddings to their fans. Remember how TV celeb couple Suyyash Rai and Kishwer Merchant updated their fans with every small details about their wedding? 

And not just that, they even made a web series out of their love stories just for their fans! The television actress who is more than willing to let her fans take a sneak peek into her wedding preparations is Dil Se Dil Tak fame actress Pooja Singh.

It was just a few days ago when we divulged how this Diya Aur Baati Hum fame actress hid her relationship of 8 years from media as well as her fans. It was only when she revealed her wedding plans did we get to know that she was even dating someone (read more). 

Pooja has been going steady with a gentleman named Kapil Chhattani, a software engineer by profession. Kapil is based out of Toronto. According to entertainment portal TellyChakkar, the pretty actress has revealed her wedding date.

Pooja and Kapil will be tying the knot in her hometown, Jamshedpur on December 5, 2017. In an all new interview with TellyChakkar, Pooja spoke about the wedding preparations and her life after marriage. 

Revealing if her wedding will be an extravagant affair or a close knit one, the actress said:  

“It’s going to be a private affair. I would love to have some of my friends from my Diya Aur Baati Hum team to be there but since they all will be occupied with their shooting schedules and my hometown is far away from Mumbai, I think it would be difficult for them to join. So I will throw a party for them in Mumbai once I am back.”

Next talking about what every bride-to-be loves doing – shopping, Pooja said: 

“We are busy with the wedding shopping these days and deciding upon what are we going to wear for the sangeet and mehendi. My Mom is here with me in Mumbai, helping me out with the wedding shopping.”

How sweet! That’s what mommies do, right? Always make their babies’ life sorted! Now talking about her plans after marriage, whether she will continue working or not, Pooja said: 

“I will settle in Mumbai only after marriage because my industry is here and I wish to continue working post marriage. I will keep visiting Canada whenever I will get some break from my work here. I am looking out for good projects and I will settle down in Mumbai if I will find something interesting.”

In an old interview, while talking about how supportive her fiancé, Kapil is, she said: 

“Kapil is very supportive of my career. He wants me to focus on my work after marriage also till the time I want to leave the country and get settled with him in Toronto.”
