The Ibrahim family is going through another major setback as Shoaib Ibrahim's father suffered a stroke. Saba Ibrahim shared details of her father's health.
Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar's family is going through another tough phase after the former's father suffered a stroke. The family, who were already dealing with Dipika's health issue and recurrence of her tumour, suffered another major setback. Amidst it, Saba Ibrahim gave an update on her father's health.
On May 27, 2026, Saba Ibrahim took to her YouTube channel and shared a video. She gave an update about her father's health while sitting with her husband. Saba revealed that their father is in the hospital, and everyone knows about his condition as he is having bleeding in his head. She revealed that the doctors praised her father's bravery as he handled himself well when he got the stroke.
Saba further shared that the family was enjoying and celebrating her son's birthday. However, in the night they had slept late, and in the morning her cousin, Riza, came and told her that her father had had a stroke. But she couldn't understand much that day, after which, Shoaib took their father to the hospital, where he was admitted. Saba shared:
"Riza aayi thi kehti, 'Papa ko attack' kuch samjh hi nahi paaye, ammi ne bhi ro kr Riza ko phone kara. Kuch samajh hi nahi paaye."
Saba further revealed that she has not seen her father as she couldn't see him with drips in the hospital room. She just wants to see him back to normal and smiling. She revealed that doctors are doing their best to heal him, and they are praying that her father gets out of the ICU. However, the doctors are not sure how he would get back to normal after the brain haemorrhage.
Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim have been navigating the toughest time of their lives. The couple often shares their life updates on their YouTube channels. Now, in the latest vlog, Shoaib revealed that Dipika's latest MRI scan report revealed that she was diagnosed with two new dot-sized cysts. However, the cysts are so small that they cannot do anything about them. But the doctors had advised them to keep monitoring it as part of the cancer treatment. The duo added that it has become a part of their life now. However, the whole process is extremely draining as Dipika and Shoaib are parents of a toddler. Dipika said:
"Vo itne chote hai ki unpe koi action lena, doctors ne bola ki ispar action lena is not sensible. Toh ab bahut close scans karne hai taki, agar kuch dubara aata hai toh usko theek kar liya jaaye, jaise abi kara tha."
Shoaib added that this week, Dipika's immunotherapy will start; the doctors had recommended the treatment. They would have to visit the hospital, where the session would be for 3-4 hours. Dipika added that they are trying to make things normal and trying to keep things normal by playing around. Shoaib added that Dipika had also lost 2 kg as she has been having her regular diet.
Shoaib added that Dipika has changed her lifestyle. But there are a few things: she is not taking care of her sleep, and is not walking right now. She added that she has started it by taking small steps. She also pointed out that if a person is going through an illness, they should consult their doctor and then follow their path. Talking about the MRI scan, Dipika added that she was scared of going inside the machine and started crying as she got anxiety.
