Deepika-Ranveer Recreate Deewani Mastani Scene At Their Mumbai Reception But With A Surprise Element

November 14-15, 2018 saw two beautiful souls become each other’s forever in Italy. Admit it or not, everytime you would catch a glimpse of this couple both off and on-screen, you would secretly make a wish about how you would love to see them getting married soon and lo and behold! Your universe made that happen for you as Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have now been pronounced as husband and wife! It has hardly been two hours since Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have posted their first look from their Mumbai reception, twinning in gold and ivory apparels and we can’t keep calm! Like every wedding look of hers, Deepika and Ranveer have been surprising us with their dressing experiments and she looked beautiful in all! For todays’s reception, the damsel is decked-up in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla outfit. Sharing a picture of the couple, the designer duo captioned it as, “ETHEREAL ROMANCE @deepikapadukone is an absolute dream in this gorgeous Ivory and Gold Chikankari ensemble. Ranveer and Deepika are A-listed actors of the Bollywood industry. And what’s a reception without recreating a romantic element from one of their films? Remember that moment from Deepika and Ranveer’s film, Bajirao Mastani, wherein, after she danced and synced her lips to Deewani Mastani, Ranveer looks at her with a lot of love in his eyes and holds her hand? Hence, a latest picture which won our hearts in the internet has Ranveer recreating the iconic Deewani Mastani scene but with a little bit of ‘love’ element from life’s script! Remember when, celebrity hairstylist, Nitasha Gaurav revealed the first words that Ranveer Singh's father, Jagjit Singh Bhavnani said to his bahu immediately after the wedding. As per an Instagram story posted by Nitasha, the golden words that came out of Bhavnani Senior's mouth were, “Ye Deewani to Bhavnani ho gayi!”, which she wrote atop DeepVeer's wedding picture. DeepVeer probably might have taken a cue from Bhavnani Senior's words! Well, another update from Deepika and Ranveer’s Mumbai reception has it that as soon as the newly-weds appeared in front of the paparazzi, shutterbugs immediately started grabbing most of this wonderful sight. Both Ranveer and Deepika, who seem to have a very good rapport with the media were suddenly seen breaking into jitters of laughter as all the cameramen stationed outside DeepVeer’s wedding venue, started calling Deepika ‘Bhabhiji’ as soon as they spotted her! Ranveer is truly the perfect guy for Deepika! A source revealed to Huffington post some interesting behind-the-scene moments of the couple. It was revealed that Deepika and Ranveer would make every possible attempt to be with each other when work kept them apart. Also, the Dil Dhadakne Do star would stay on the sets of Bajirao Mastani, waiting for Deepika even when his shot got over! The source had revealed, “He's always giving her cues even when he doesn't have to. It almost feels that for him, her career is more important than his. He was one of the first few people to tell her that she needs to go to Hollywood. He's starry-eyed when she's around.”

The source further added, “It was new love- euphoric and maddening. They'd call each other baby, eat together, and disappear into their vanity vans when not shooting.” Onlookers thought that Deepika and Ranveer would fall apart when Bajirao Mastani’s shoot got over.  When the film became a superhit, a source stated to a publication, “When I saw them during Bajirao Mastani, that's when I knew, this is something that's going to last.” Another source added that even during group dinners, their love-struck eyes for each other would not go unnoticed by people and shared, “It's like nothing else matters. And they talk about everything non-stop, like, say, a married couple would.”

What are the qualities that attracts Deepika towards Ranveer? Hear it from the star actress herself, “Everything other than the most obvious. I am bored when people say they love his energy. The man has so much more! He is an extremely good human being. He is kind and good to people. He is very real, emotional and sensitive. In a throwback interview, Ranveer had shared about his idea of romance. Speaking about the same, he had stated, “I do find the current scenario strange. I was born in 1985 so I’ve seen a kind of miniature revolution in how interpersonal relationships are. There was a time when there was none of this technology and relationships dynamics were different. That being my foundation, yes, I am very traditional when it comes to romance. And the idea of romance. Maybe perhaps I was born more recently and Facebook and Snapchat were more prevalent, I would have a different idea. But having been born in an era where there weren’t even mobile phones, that makes my idea of romance very, very traditional.”
