Deepak Tijori's Estranged Wife Shivani Tijori Breaks Her Silence On Throwing Him Out Of The House

The last few days have been exceptionally hard for actor-turned-director Deepak Tijori and his estranged wife, Shivani Tomar. 

It was widely believed that the ex-Bigg Boss contestant was married to fashion designer, Shivani Tomar, for a little over two decades until the legality of their marriage came into the picture.

Reportedly, Deepak Tijori was thrown out of his own house by his former wife, Shivani when differences cropped up between the two. The couple is parents to a 20-year-old named, Samara Tijori. 

When Deepak was allegedly kicked out of his house, Shivani filed for maintenance under 125 CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure). Shivani was quoted a source quoted Shivani as saying: 

"I am a deserted wife. I cannot maintain my expenses. My husband is liable to do the needful for me and my daughter."

And soon, Deepak ‘discovered’ that his wife, Shivani was not his wife after all, as she had not yet divorced her first husband. And so, which means, they are not legally married and their marriage stands null and void. 

Shivani’s sister came forward and rubbished all these rumours surrounding the authenticity of Deepak and Shivani’s marriage. She said: 

“Can a person be married for 26 years and realize that their marriage is null and void? I am sure someone is doing this mischief, we are not bothered by such stories because the court will take an opinion based on whatever is there in front of them."

Even though Deepak has not yet come forward and spoken in this regard, but his estranged wife, Shivani did break her silence on this controversy.  

She said: 

"Deepak Tijori, my husband of 22-plus years and the father of our young daughter has crossed all limits and has over-stepped the domains of decency, morality, sensitivity, sensibility and above all, the premises of every legality. I choose not to speak at all, simply because the matter between us, is subjudice.” 

She further added: 

"As an honest and responsible litigant, I have nothing to hide or fear. Let the courts decide based on the facts. I am positive that truth shall prevail.”
