The couple embraced parenthood after almost a decade of marital bliss when they welcomed their daughter, Lianna Choudhary on April 3, 2022. Since then, the doting parents have been leaving no stone unturned to make every moment of their beautiful parenthood journey super special.
October 24, 2022, marked Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee's baby girl, Lianna's first Diwali, and her doting parents made sure to make the day special for her. For the unversed, Debina is pregnant with her second child, and thus, she opted for an intimate Laxmi puja with her family members at her home. However, she ensured to deck up her baby girl, Lianna, in the cutest traditional outfit, which was unmissable!

A few moments back, taking to her IG handle, Debina Bonnerjee gave a sneak peek into her daughter, Lianna's first Diwali celebration. In the pictures, we can see the beautiful family of three posing for the lens in their traditional best. While Gurmeet donned a yellow kurta and white pyjama, Debina looked gorgeous in a purple-hued sharara set. Styling her look with a matching dupatta, the doting mommy twinned with her baby girl, Lianna, who donned a lehenga set of the same colour. Alongside the pictures, Debina penned:
"Lots of love, light & happiness from us to you & your family. #happydiwali."
On April 18, 2022, Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary had hosted their daughter, Lianna's annaprashan or rice ceremony (also known as mukhebhaat). The doting mommy shared a video from the same on her IG handle, and it was too cute to be missed. For the ceremony, Lianna donned a purple-hued Benarasi lehenga paired with beautiful floral jewellery and payal. The little munchkin looked like a princess, and her cutesy outfit won our hearts. Debina also penned a caption, which could be read as:
"So today was #lianna‘s rice ceremony... (in Bengali #mukhebhaat) she dressed up as a little princess and sat on her maternal uncle’s lap (my brother, her mama). we love you my darling @liana_choudhary... we are there to not only to protect you but help you understand traditions and culture where required. GOD BLESS YOU MY LITTLE ONE."

In an interview with the ETimes, Debina Bonnerjee had talked about embracing motherhood in her 30s and shared that earlier, having a baby was considered a permanent pause to your acting career. However, the actress added that she wanted to make a name for herself in the entertainment industry before embracing motherhood. In her words:
"We got married in 2011 but back then, having a baby meant giving away my career. I also had apprehensions ki break liya toh career stake par aa jaayega. The plan was to find stability first before taking another step. I was part of a show and couldn't quit it midway. So that resulted in a further delay of about two years. Soon after that, I decided to pursue motherhood aggressively. But jab aap nahi chaahte ho tab bohot kuchh hota hai, aur jab chaahte ho tab nahi hota hai.”
