The actor wrote in the caption that he was grateful for the support and feedback that the film has received so far.

However, Bart Layton previously said in an interview that people questioned him about the sequel during the film’s premiere. Bart said that he did not think about the follow-up until he was asked. He further stated:
“I guess people fall in love with the characters so much that they want and need more, but I haven’t really thought about that. And, you know, I had a blast. I loved the experience and I love those actors. Certainly, in terms of the experience of doing another one, I would be very excited by that, but I don’t know if I would be the right guy to write it or direct it, so we’ll see.”
