Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleThe 'Queen Bee' cheerleader is back in the limelight. Gianna Kistenmacher, who was accused of orchestrating her 16-year-old boyfriend's murder, is now begging a South Carolina judge to ease her bond restrictions. The teenager asked the court for leniency so she could have a "normal college experience."
'Queen Bee' cheerleader has reached out to the court to get her GPS monitor and overnight curfew removed. Gianna Kistenmacher wants to live on college campus and have the "normal" college experience, while facing accessory-to-murder charges in connection with the fatal 2025 shooting of her boyfriend Trey Wright. According to ABC 15 News, her lawyer said during a court appearance that his client wants to apply to other colleges.
The lawyers alleged that Gianna Kistenmacher wants to study somewhere outside the local one she currently attends while living at her family home in Myrtle Beach and hopes to eventually live on campus. However, her deceased boyfriend Trey Wright's grieving grandmother, Brenda Gore, is not happy with the request. After the hearing, she took to her Facebook account and shared a scathing message calling her a "little miss entitled bitch". She wrote:
"Gianna wants to go to the college of her choice. Trey wasn't given a choice, or he would have chosen to live his life. Why did these 9 pieces of s–t get to decide Trey's future and think they have the right to continue to live a life of luxury? They deserve to be in jail now. I hate you all for taking away a child I loved…they should be locked up forever."
Brenda Gore also blasted Braylyn Thompson and Jaden Auclaire. The 18-year-olds were accused of being involved in Trey Wright's murder and landed back behind bars this week. They were arrested for allegedly violating their house arrest orders and committing more crimes, according to WPDE. She wrote:
"These two, breaking the law again, should they be allowed to stay out on bond until they kill someone else?"
The accused cheerleader has been allowed to live at home since July 2025. Gianna Kistenmacher was initially placed under full-time house arrest until the court gave her an 8 PM to 6 AM curfew starting in February 2026. The cheerleader is also seeking permission to use social media again, but only to see college announcements and other student alerts, not to post, according to her lawyer and a motion filed in the case.
According to reports, Gianna Kistenmacher's lawyer has alleged that his client has earned the extra liberties by fully cooperating with prosecutors as they pursue cases against the other eight defendants charged in Trey Wright's murder. However, it should be noted that the arrangement doesn't mean she will be given a plea deal.
For those who are not familiar with the case, the heinous crime dates back to June 2025, when Trey Wright got into an online feud over Gianna Kistenmacher with 19-year-old Devan Raper. According to Court TV, Trey told the older teen he didn't like him hanging out with her, which led the cheerleader, Devan, and the rest of the group to pile into a car and drive to Johnsonville, SC, where the boyfriend lived.
At the residence, Devan allegedly fired multiple fatal shots at the boyfriend as he walked up to the vehicle. However, it's unclear why Gianna Kistenmacher, whom Trey Wright's family called the "Queen Bee" of the alleged killer group, would have sided with Devan Raper and gotten involved in the crime.
