Chatha Pacha attempts to recreate the world of WWE in a completely different setting. The basic premise focuses on the lives of three friends, 'Little,' 'Savio,' and 'Vetri,' whose wrestler friend, 'Walter,' left Kochi many years ago for something that happened during their childhood. However, 'Walter' had a dream of creating a battle ring similar to WWE in Kochi. 'Little' decides to fulfil 'Walter’s' dream and arrives in Kochi in the present day.

While 'Savio' and 'Vetri' have suffered a lot due to unpredictable circumstances, the situation takes a worse turn with the arrival of an old enemy, who creates more complications. All of these lead to a confrontation, where only one would emerge as the winner. Among the lead roles, 'Little' is played by Ishan Shoukath, alongside Arjun Ashokan appearing as 'Savio' and Roshan Mathew portraying 'Vetri.' Vishak Nair plays an important role in the film.

While Chatha Pacha reaches towards its climax, 'Vetri' and 'Savio' face each other in the ring. This is something that was expected to happen, based on the events throughout the film. The ongoing proceedings hint that Vishak Nair’s character, 'Cherian,' has possibly provoked 'Vetri' for the fight, telling him that 'Savio' was the reason why he was sent to prison, leading to 'Vetri’s' separation from his daughter, 'Rosamma.'

However, 'Vetri' realises at one point that he was wrong, and he is finally accepted by 'Rosamma.' The friends eventually reunite in the end. In between all these, the missing friend, 'Walter,' played by Mammootty, makes a grand entry, beating up a few guys. 'Walter' expresses frustration over the fact that the friends are being turned against each other. 'Cherian' charges towards 'Walter' and later faces 'Savio' inside the ring, who manages to defeat 'Cherian.'
