Carl Pavano and his ex-wife, Alissa Pavano's prenup battle has gone nasty after the latter made shocking claims that her husband peed in her shampoo.
Carl Pavano and Alissa Pavano are going through an ugly divorce battle in court. The ex-couple got married in 2011 and parted ways after 14 years of marriage. After the divorce, Alissa had claimed in court that she was pressured into accepting conditions that left her financially unstable after marriage and three children.
The post-divorce battle has turned even nastier as Alissa made shocking claims against the former MLB pitcher, Carl Pavano. Before we take you further and give details about the allegations, let's take a look at who is Carl Pavano's ex-wife, Alissa Pavano.
Alissa Pavano was formerly known as Alissa Zandy. She is a lifestyle influencer with around 20,000 Instagram followers. Talking about her educational front, she is a graduate from Florida State University with a degree in biochemistry. Later, she worked as a waitress in Florida.
In 2005, Alissa and Carl met each other, and reconnected in 2007. After dating for four years, they got married in 2011 after having two children together. The couple welcomed their third child after marriage. After 14 years of marriage, the couple's divorce was finalised in December 2026 after two years of legal battle and more than 300 legal filings.
Carl Pavano and Alissa Pavano are fighting over a prenup battle and shared custody of their home in Fairfield, Connecticut. Alissa claimed in her court filing that Carl has been controlling and forced her to sign the prenuptial agreement. Her lawyer claimed that she was unconscionable and gave up her residence and potential employment. Her lawyer wrote:
"A prenuptial agreement is an acceptable way for individuals, prior to marriage, to condition how their financial interests and responsibilities will be determined after marriage. It should not be an acceptable way for a monied spouse who has already started a family with his significant other to force her to give up her financial independence."
Further, Alissa Pavano levied shocking claims against Carl Pavano. She stated that Carl, 20 minutes after serving her divorce papers in 2024, sent a message in a group chat that showed multiple firearms laid out on their kitchen table at their family's home. She further alleged that Carl urinated in her shampoo bottles inside her private bathroom. She also added that he intentionally soiled the bed where she slept during their parenting time by having his female partners occupy the bed. She also accused him of removing all clean linens so that she doesn't have a clean, safe bed during her parenting time.
Earlier, Carl allegedly planted drugs in Alissa's belongings in order to get custody of her three children. And even planted a camera inside her bedroom. As per a report by CT, it is reported that police had been called nine times since 2024 to their house, which they still share with their children.
