Celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsey, who shares a close bond with both Victoria and Beckham, recently shared his views about the 'difficult' situation and suggested that the 26-year-old might be influenced by his love for his wife Nicola Peltz. Now, Brooklyn has reacted similarly.
According to Page Six, Brooklyn Beckham unfollowed Gordon Ramsey on Instagram shortly after his interview comments on the Beckham family were released. The gesture is being widely perceived as the 26-year-old's quiet but clear response. For those unaware, Gordon Ramsay, who shares a close bond with David and Victoria, also attended Brooklyn's wedding. He still follows Brooklyn on Instagram, and neither of them has reacted to the news.
Meanwhile, sources close to Brooklyn told Daily Mail that he and Nicola intended to stay away from criticism amid their fallout with his family. According to one insider, they "clearly don't want any criticism at all." Therefore, they are trying to avoid any sort of negativity around their relationship. Meanwhile, Brooklyn has also gradually unfollowed several people in his family circle since reports of his conflict with his family made headlines.
Gordon Ramsay sat down for an interview with The Sun, where he discussed the Beckham family feud, among other things. The MasterChef Judge admitted that the situation in David and Victoria's family is emotionally complex. He hinted that Brooklyn is unable to realise a few things out of love and a desire to carve out his identity. In turn, his public accusations has upset his mother, Victoria. At the same time, he highlighted that the senior Beckham couple have made a lot of effort to raise their kids, and they even got Brooklyn out of trouble at times. On the other hand, he hoped Brooklyn would also take the initiative to resolve things and hinted that he was in touch with him. Sharing Brooklyn's situation, Gordon said:
"It's hard, isn't it, when you're infatuated? Love is blind. They say it for that reason. He is desperate to stand on his own two feet."
Brooklyn Beckham confirmed months of speculation about his family rift by sharing an Instagram note explaining why he did not intend to reconcile with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. He claimed that he was standing up for himself for the first time in my life after his parents controlled him for years. He claimed they were more concerned about their family image than their kids, and also tried to interfere in his relationship with Nicola. Moreover, the 26-year-old accused his mother of spoiling his first wedding dance with his wife and his dad, and of ignoring him and Nicola when they arrived for his birthday celebration.
