After three successful seasons, Netflix's 'Bridgerton' is all set to return with Season 4, as the makers dropped the release date of the show.
Netflix’s Bridgerton has become one of the most popular period dramas in recent years, as it has managed to grab the attention of a lot of viewers. Bridgerton is well known for its mix of romance, drama, and glamour. After 3 successful seasons, fans have been eagerly waiting for an update regarding Season 4, and their wait is finally over as the makers of the show have announced the release date of Bridgerton Season 4.
Season 3 of Bridgerton was released in May 2024 and it ended on a major cliffhanger that left fans eagerly waiting for its next instalment. Following the huge success of the third season, it was in May 2025, when Netflix announced the renewal of Bridgerton for a fourth season, which generated a lot of buzz among fans.
Now, on October 13, 2025, Netflix and the official page of Bridgerton announced the release date of Season 4 on their Instagram handle. They revealed that Season 4 will be released in two parts, one would be out on January 29, 2025 and the other one on February 26, 2025. Their Instagram caption can be read as:
"Do we rise to the occasion or do we bury oneself deeper amidst society’s secrets? We shall find out soon enough… Bridgerton Season 4 shall arrive in two parts, Part 1: January 29; Part 2: February 26."
Bridgerton Season 4 is expected to follow 'Benedict Bridgerton' (played by Luke Thompson). His journey begins at a masquerade ball, where he encounters a mysterious 'Lady in Silver', who is later revealed to be 'Sophie Baek' (Yerin Ha). The storyline will explore themes like forbidden love, class disparities, and societal expectations. Apart from the familiar faces, Season 4 is expected to introduce new characters including 'Sophie's' stepsisters, 'Rosamund' and 'Posy Li' and her mother, 'Araminta Gao' (Katie Leung).
After Netflix officially announced the release date of Bridgerton Season 4, a lot of users filled the comment section with excitement about the same. One user commented, "Omgggggggg. I cannot breathe!!!!!!!!!!!! We have dates." Another user shared, "Screaminggg." A third user penned, "I am shaking with excitement." Another user commented, "I'm so ready, I have been waiting for their season for the past five years." Another user shared, "Ahhhh! I am so here for Benophie’s season! I am elated with joy!"
