YouTuber, Bhuvan Bam buys a lavish bungalow at South Delhi's posh, Greater Kailash, which reportedly cost him a whopping INR 11 crores.
Bhuvan Bam is a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry. The actor gained widespread fame via his comedy videos on YouTube. Bhuvan even tried his hands at singing and wrote and sang several musical singles like Ajnabee, Safar, Teri Meri Kahani and more. Bhuvan has also been part of movies and series like Bas Mein, Rahguzar, Plus Minus and more.
As per reports from Moneycontrol, Bhuvan Bam bought a bungalow in South Delhi’s posh Greater Kailash area. The 29-year-old multi-talented artist reportedly paid Rs. 77 lakh as stamp duty for the 2,233 sq ft bungalow with a carpet area of 1,937 sq ft. The purchase documents were accessed and verified by CRE Matrix. Reports also suggest that the purchase was finalised in August 2023.

As per real estate experts, the bungalow features a massive living room centred by four bedrooms in the heart of Greater Kailash. It also has a designated kitchen with a dedicated dining area and a lush lawn. The bungalow also comes with a spacious parking lot and well-equipped security services.
On the personal front, Bhuvan Bam has been in a relationship with Arpita Bhattacharya for over 16 years. The duo met in school and soon fell in love. The two have been with each other through thick and thin, and Arpita has been his most significant support during his lowest phase of life. For the unversed, Bhuvan Bam lost both his parents during the covid pandemic. In an interview, Bhuvan revealed that Arpita’s parents are now his parents as well.

The renowned YouTuber has over 60 million followers on his official YT page, BB Ki Vines. Other than that, the comedian has also been appointed as the Indian commentator of the popular Japanese show, Takeshi’s Castle. Bhuvan was last seen in thriller series, Taaza Khabar opposite Shriya Pilgaonkar.
