Apart from being a popular face on the small screen, Ashley has been taking care of her family at the same time, which includes two children born from her marriage to Jared Haibon. Ashley Iaconetti appeared for an interview on The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast on May 18, 2026. During the conversation, Ashley opened up about how things have taken a different turn in the last few weeks, leading up to a moment where she was supposed to have a mental breakdown. In between that, Ben addressed a dispute on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island that also involves Ashley with Rosie DiMare and Kelsey Swanson. Ashley replied:
“It’s really hard to be a parent while going through all of this. And now we can say filming for season 2, bracing for that filming. I can’t do it all myself anymore.”
Ashley spoke up on whether she felt like the decision to join television was wrong. She said that although she has a different kind of attraction towards Bachelor Nation, the situation has not been the same. Iaconetti said that those were the best days of reality television, and now she has changed emotionally, with romance making her stressed most of the time. Ben claimed that the change is possibly due to her family and the house she is living in. Ashley continued by saying:
“It’s getting older for sure. It’s older, perspective and then having the experience - everything is just less. I’m less ignited.”
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon’s first meeting dates back to 2015 when they were shooting for the second season of Bachelor in Paradise. The duo instantly developed an attraction for each other and went on a date on the show. They initially shared a close friendship by 2016, with Ashley telling PEOPLE in an interview that she was spending a lot of time with Jared. Haibon then told the outlet:
“Even in Paradise, we had such a good friendship. That was the most difficult part, was hurting somebody that I really care for. I knew we were going to be friends outside of Paradise, and we have become such close friends. I am very grateful for Ashley I. being in my life.”
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon began dating in 2018 and got engaged in the same year. The couple was shooting for Bachelor in Paradise Season 5 when Jared popped the question to Ashley. In 2019, the pair exchanged vows and shared snaps of the same on Instagram. While they faced a few issues in conceiving, Ashley and Jared welcomed a child named Dawson Dimitri Haibon in 2022. Two years later, they had another child, Hayden Cruise Haibon, in 2024.
