The recent controversy around ASAP Rocky broke out at his Don't Be Dumb concert in Arizona. In a video from the concert, ASAP Rocky was reportedly seen addressing his female fans. He said it's good that a particular female fan didn't know him when he was single, otherwise he would have slept with her. His exact words were:
"Thank god y'all didn't know me when I was single, 'cause I would have fu**ed the shit out of you."

While ASAP Rocky seemingly wanted his comment to sound flirty, it sparked controversy around him instead, and he has been slammed for it. The Arizona incident was reportedly not an isolated one, as Rocky made another similar comment, reportedly in Orlando, when he commented on two of his female fans, standing near his stage. He allegedly complimented the two women by saying:
"You're fine as f**k…you and your friend are fine as f**k."

No sooner did the video go viral than netizens slammed Rocky for his crude remark, and marked it as 'disrespectful' towards Rihanna. Some of Rihanna's fans expressed concerns for the singer, wondering about her future with ASAP Rocky, while some mentioned that to flirt with the audience shows a lack of maturity and is also taken as a sign that his art is weak. Rihanna and ASAP Rocky didn't comment directly after the incident.
Rihanna and ASAP Rocky both graced the Met Gala back in May 2026. The couple walked the red carpet together; however, a video soon made its way to social media, where Rocky was seen chatting with two other women while Rihanna was giving an interview to a reporter. Rihanna's face turned glum when she looked at ASAP, as shown in the clip, and her facial reaction changed totally when Rocky came to greet the reporter. On the other hand, sources revealed to TMZ that the duo had a marathon day.

The couple had a long day, with them being active for 16 hours, and reportedly, they looked drained while leaving the concert.
