However, before the awards ceremony, Jeremy and Charlize Theron found themselves in the headlines for their rumoured romance. According to media outlets, the Hawkeye star was spotted with Charlize quite a few times before the Oscars. A source close to Charlize said at the time:
“They get along very well and we suspect something is going on between them, although they are being very coy.”
