Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan is the doting daughter of the Khan parivaar. It was on November 18, 2014, when the nation witnessed the grand wedding of Arpita with Aayush Sharma (son of former Power Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Anil Sharma). The ceremony, which had taken place at the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad was attended by many eminent names from the glamour, business and political world.
From friends to soulmates, Aayush and Arpita are the perfect examples of a match made in heaven. Arpita and Aayush are in their happy paradise with their two adorable kids, Ahil Sharma and Ayat Sharma. The couple often shares glimpses of their life with their little munchkins.

Despite the star status, Arpita Khan Sharma is often trolled for her weight and dressing sense. Something similar happened recently when she was papped with her husband, Aayush Sharma at producer, Ashvini Yardi’s birthday bash. Dressed in a white co-ord set with huge blue prints on it, Arpita entered the venue with Aayush, who was dressed in a black shirt and jeans.
As they made their way into the party, Arpita and Aayush posed for the shutterbugs. As soon as the video was shared on social media, netizens trolled Arpita mercilessly for her dressing sense. While a user wrote, “Who is her stylist ??”, Another commented, “Celebrity hone k baad bhi kapde pehnne ki akal nhi h inme.”

When Arpita Khan had met Aayush Sharma through common friends, they never thought that their friendship would turn into something more precious. In a LIVE Instagram chat with Pinkvilla, Aayush Sharma recounted how he had decided to propose to Arpita Khan Sharma. Aayush recalled shifting his base to Mumbai in 2009, and after two years, he met Arpita. They had become really good friends in no time, and during one of their interactions, Arpita told him that she was planning to settle down and would go for an arranged marriage. That was the moment when Aayush decided to profess his love for her.

In an old interview with Bollywood Bubble, Aayush Sharma revealed a hilarious incident from his wedding with Arpita Khan. Talking about the same, he had said:
"I still remember, when we got married, I didn’t know how to dance. She said, ‘You dare not go and make a joke out of yourself on that stage.’ Now that she sees me dance and people call me a good dancer, she just looks at me and says, ‘Oh my God, they don’t know how many hours you spent in that studio.’ I think she knows the journey but the good thing about her is that she is not pompous about the journey.”
