For the unversed, Arjun was previously married to Mehr Jessia. The couple got married in 1998, and they have two daughters. After decades of being together, Arjun and Mehr decided to end their relationship; they got separated and were granted a divorce in 2019.
Following Arjun's separation from his ex-wife, he met Gabriella Demetriades. Soon, something sparked between the duo, and they started dating. Arjun and Gabriella have been in a live-in relationship for years, and they have two sons. It was last year when Arjun confirmed that he was engaged to Gabriella. However, they allegedly registered their marriage on August 21, 2026, at the Sub-Registrar’s office in Mapusa, North Goa, under Goa’s Uniform Civil Code. Amid the couple's low-key court marriage, their massive age gap also started to resurface.
For those who don't know, Arjun and Gabriella share a 15-year age gap. While Arjun was born in 1972 and is 53, Gabriella, who was born in 1987, is 39 years old. The newlyweds' 15-year age gap has always been a topic of discussion. However, they never really paid much attention to it. Once, when Arjun was in a live-in relationship with Gabriella, he was asked when he thought it would be appropriate to get married for the second time. The actor, during one of his interviews, said that marriage is just a piece of paper.
Speaking about how the duo met, there is no extensive detail about the same; however, reports claimed that Arjun and Gabriella met through mutual friends back in 2018. Following that, they started dating and welcomed their first son, Arik, in 2019. The duo's family was completed in 2023, when Arjun and Gabriella welcomed their second son, Ariv.
Speaking to Pinkvilla a few years back, Arjun, who was dating Gabriella for about 3 years back then, said that it occurred to him that he had known his partner for decades. He further praised his ladylove, saying that she is an avid reader, so much so that she reads about two books per week. Arjun revealed how both of them share an interest in their fitness journey. Lockdown helped both of them to form a stronger bond. Speaking about the same, Arjun back then said:
"So her mind, her sense of style, fashion, fun, humour, all these things matter. We both are into fitness. She was a new mom and with not that much help around because of the pandemic so we had to be so hands on. So it has been wonderful. She has been a tremendous support to me. I love to pick her brain, pull her leg."
Speaking of Arjun Rampal's wife, Gabriella, she's a South African fashion designer, entrepreneur, and former model. Gabriella started her modelling career at the age of 16 and pursued formal studies in fashion design. She launched her brand, DEME, back in 2012, and later ventured into resale fashion with a platform called VRTT Vintage.
However, she is no longer a partner with the resale fashion platform. Besides, Gabriella has also been associated with major fashion campaigns and runway appearances. Gabriella was also seen in movies like Sonali Cable, Oopiri and Ishq Jhamela.
