Her comments in the podcast named, Khloe In Wonderland have clearly hinted at both of them reuniting. Earlier, in an ask me anything episode on her podcast, the American socialite had spoken about her healing journey. She had mentioned of taking a lot of time to kind of develop a good co-parenting bond with Tristan and said:
"Tristan and I, we have a good co-parenting relationship. I think what I find funny is that people are always like, ‘How did you let Tristan back in?’ Well, Tristan is not back in.”
Khloe Kardashian's sister, Kim, had also shared with the publication that Tristan used to come to their home and wish the kids luck during the off-season. Khloe, on her podcast, had earlier shared that she had to do a lot of healing and get to know herself to a point where she could kind of face Tristan without any breakdowns. Khloe had explained herself in the process and had also cleared the rumours of them being back together.

Reportedly, due to his NBA schedule, Tristan only used to get 3 months in a year to kind of visit his kids. The pair has been known for having on-and-off relationships.
