Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan's son, Arhaan Khan, had left India to pursue his higher studies in August 2021. Since then, the mommy, Malaika, has been trying to get used to her son not being around her. And after a long wait, Arhaan is back in Mumbai for the holiday season, and Malaika and Arbaaz gave him a warm welcome at the airport.
Earlier, in an interview with the Indian Express, Malaika had bared her heart out on how difficult it was to send her son away from her. The starlet had shared that she is still trying to get used to him not being around her. However, she also had that she doesn't think she will ever get used to it.

On December 10, 2021, paparazzi spotted ex-couple, Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan at the airport's arrivals, wherein they waited to welcome their son, Arhaan Khan. Malaika shares a beautiful bond with her son, Arhaan and her pooch, Casper. We remember how in an interview with Neha Dhupia for her show, No Filter Neha, she had revealed the dilemma she gets into when her son, Arhaan, asks her whether she loves him or their dog, Casper. Malaika had adorably revealed her feelings and shared that if you are an animal lover, they become your family, and her family is her baby, Casper. "He keeps asking me, ‘Mumma you love Casper or me?’ I say I have two boys and its both of you and I love you both equally. He keeps saying that ‘Mom, can you not be diplomatic and choose me and say no. You’re my number 1.’ I’m like I can’t say that. Arhaan is everything but my Casper is also my everything. The kind of unconditional love that. I can’t believe we’re sitting and talking about my pet here but yeah it’s just unconditional love."
