Television actor, Anuj Sachdeva opened up about his recent assault by a man in his society and what exactly led to the scuffle.
Television actor, Anuj Sachdeva was assaulted by a resident of his society in Goregaon on December 14, 2025, following a parking dispute. Anuj himself captured the proof of this assault in a shocking video and posted it to his social media. In the video, the man was seen hurling abuses at Anuj and had also hit him with a stick.
On December 17, 2025, Anuj took to his IG handle and shared a video, elaborating on the incident that took place on the fateful day. In the video, Anuj revealed that the fiasco began when he took his dog for a walk and noticed a car parked the wrong way. He immediately informed the society group of the same, along with a picture of the car.
In the same conversation, Anuj revealed that the man, whom he reported to be Pradeep Singh, started hurling abuses at him. The actor was accompanied by his dog, who started barking at Pradeep. In a fit of rage, the man ran to pick up a stick to hit the dog. Anuj, on the other hand, asked his female friend, who was also present at the scene, to take his dog and move aside.
The unexpected confrontation was escalated to a point where the man started hitting Anuj with the stick, repeatedly hitting him on his head. Talking about his injury, Anuj shared:
“Dande se seedha mere sar pe maara. Mujhe sar mein chot lagi hai aur taang mein bhi injury hui hai.”
Going further in the conversation, Anuj revealed that he immediately reported the incident to the police, but no arrests have been made yet, and the assaulter is roaming freely. Revealing why he didn’t retaliate, the actor said:
“Aap jab akele hote hai, tab retaliate kar sakte hai. Maine FIR likhwayi hai, aur mujhe Mumbai Police pe poora barosa hai aur judicial pe barosa hai ki woh humara saat degi. Abhi tak arrest nahi hua hai, jo ki hona chaiye. Lekin, I am still hoping ki eventually the culprit should get punished. I still feel very unsafe because of him around in the society”
