On June 21, 2026, Rohan and Anshula’s wedding festivities begun and the duo tied the knot on July 6, 2026. Ever since Anshula’s wedding, her family has been posting droolworthy pictures of her grand wedding.
For her wedding with Rohan, Anshula donned a rich coral-peach lehenga from the shelves of Tarun Tahiliani. Her bridal ensemble was a tribute to Indian crafts as her lehenga featured intricate Kashida embroidery layered with rich zari work. She also carried a bandhini gharchola dupatta as a nod to Rohan’s family.
The antique rose, blush and muted gold gharchola dupatta had delicate Phulkari borders as a tribute to her Punjabi roots. Taking to her IG handle, Anshula revealed her bridal look and mentioned that she carried her mom’s 42-year-old gold tissue & zardozi dupatta to complete her bridal ensemble. Anshula accessorised her look with heavy earrings, a gorgeous haar, kaleeras, maang teeka along with pink chooda. On the other hand, her groom looked dapper in a golden-hued sherwani.
The lovebirds got hitched in the presence of their family and close friends. What made the event even more special was the photograph of her late mom, Mona, kept in a chair right beside the wedding mandap. Anshula's half-sisters, Khushi and Janhvi looked happiest as they carried out bridesmaid duties. Sharing the gorgeous pictures from the intimate ceremony, Anshula wrote a sweet message for Rohan, which said:
"06.07.2026 Of all the people. Of all the places. Of all the timing. It was you. And somehow, through every twist, detour, and surprise, it is still you. My favourite conversation. My safest place. My easiest choice. Always you @rohanthakkar1511."
Anshula and Rohan's wedding festivities started with Mata Ki Chowki, which was hosted by the groom's family. The celebration was attended by Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor, who looked stunning for the festivities.
On July 4, 2026, Anshula had her mehendi and chooda ceremony. For the mehendi ceremony, she chose to wear Arpita Mehta’s couture. The teal blue lehenga by designer, Arpita Mehta is inspired by the rich legacy of patola. The outfit incorporated both patola style and mirror work, and the two crafts are deeply rooted in Gujarat’s textile heritage. Anshula’s mehendi ceremony was planned by her half-sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.
Talking about Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar’s love story, the duo began dating in 2022 when they met on a dating app. Their first chat was about food and the duo felt comfortable with each other and soon began dating. The duo made their relationship public within a year of dating, going Instagram official in March 2023. Since then, they have been occasionally feeding us their cute couple pics. In July 2025, Anshula and Rohan got engaged in a dreamy ceremony attended by their family and close friends.
