However, after his family faces a financial crunch, it makes 'Raju's' journey tough. The story of the comedy drama features his struggles, his marriage to his lady love, 'Charulata' a.k.a 'Charu' and his journey towards financial success at the end.

What works in its favour is Naveen’s timing, effective one-liners, and some fun blocks that land well. The first half is mostly entertaining, while the second half also holds, it starts feeling dragged towards the pre-climax due to the thin plot and redundant comedy. However, the climax is handled decently. Naveen once again proves why he is one of the most entertaining actors today. He carries the film from start to finish and is a delight to watch. The album could’ve been better for a film of this nature. A festival season film that succeeds in entertaining despite some hiccups in the second half. Can give it a try. Rating: 2.75/5."
