Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials is out now on Netflix. Released on January 15, 2026, the show has received a positive response so far, and with only three episodes in total, the series has managed to keep viewers engaged from the beginning until the end.
Featuring popular faces such as Mia McKenna-Bruce, the miniseries is an adaptation of the late author Agatha Christie’s famous detective fiction novel, The Seven Dials Mystery. The novel came out in 1929. Apart from the Netflix show, the novel was previously made into a television film, which was released directly on television in 1981. Considering that the show has three episodes, the makers have opted to keep limited characters with more attention towards the storyline. There are five lead characters, starting with Mia McKenna-Bruce as 'Lady Eileen 'Bundle' Brent.' The character delves deeper into the criminal underworld after losing one of her friends. 'Lady Eileen' is the hostess of the chimneys and an intelligent person at the same time.
The next is 'Lady Eileen’s' mother, 'Lady Caterham,' played by Helena Bonham Carter. 'Lady Caterham' takes responsibility for the entire house and avoids speaking to everyone. The third important character is 'Superintendent Battle,' portrayed by Martin Freeman. A part of the Christie sleuths, the man is trying to solve the mystery of a case by following his rules, with 'Lady Eileen' interfering most of the time.
The other two lead characters are 'Lord Caterham' and 'Jimmy Thesiger,' played by Iain Glen and Edward Bluemel, respectively. 'Jimmy' is a bachelor and has a charming personality. He helps 'Lady Eileen' while she investigates a case. On the other hand, 'Edward' is 'Lady Eileen’s' father, who passed away under mysterious circumstances a long time ago.
Apart from the above-mentioned five actors, Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials has other characters that equally contribute to the show’s proceedings. It includes guest appearances by Guy Siner playing 'Tredwell' and Ella Bruccoleri portraying 'Socks.' There is also 'Doctor Jackman,' played by Tristan Gemmill, alongside Liz White, appearing as 'Emily.' Furthermore, Josef Davies appears as 'Alfred.'
Among the supporting cast members are Hughie O’Donnell and Nyasha Hatendi, portraying 'Bill Eversleigh' and 'Dr Cyril Matip.' Alex Macqueen plays 'George Lomax.' Nabhaan Rizwan has been cast as 'Ronny Devereux,' followed by Corey Mylchreest playing 'Gerry Wade.' 'Maria' and 'Sir Oswald Coote' are two more characters among the recurring cast, portrayed by Dorothy Atkinson and Mark Lewis Jones. This is followed by Tim Preston as 'Rupert ‘Pongo’ Bateman' and Ella-Rae Smith as 'Loraine Wade.'

'Gerry Wade,' a friend of 'Lady Eileen 'Bundle' Brent’s' brother, is planning to propose to her. Things take a different turn when 'Gerry' is found dead, and 'Lady Eileen' starts an investigation to find the culprit.
