Aditi Rao Hydari went candid about her love story with her fiance, Siddharth and revealed the values the two of them cherish most in their relationship.
Aditi Rao Hydari and her long-time beau, Siddharth became the talk of Tinseltown, ever since rumours about their secret wedding surfaced in March 2024. However, squashing all reports, it was on March 28, 2024, when the couple announced that they got engaged and not married. Moreover, in the mushy picture that they shared of themselves, Aditi and Siddharth also didn’t forget to cutely flaunt their engagement rings. And now, the diva reflected on her love story with the man of her dreams.
In a recent interaction with India Today, Aditi Rao Hydari spoke about the change she feels in herself, now that she is engaged to her longtime beau, Siddharth. The actress explained how the latter reinforced her belief about love meaning to be laughter. Moreover, Aditi expressed that she and Siddharth are nothing more than a bunch of children, who never forgets to love and respect one another. In her words:
“I wouldn’t say changed but it’s reinforced my belief that love is laughing together. And, with the two of us, it’s about being literally like children. So, love, and respect is the most important thing.”

Moving forth in the conversation, Aditi was asked about what led to her and Siddharth finally announce their engagement, after keeping their relationship under wraps for long. To this, Aditi stated how she always believes to keep the sanctity of her relationships, and agreed how rumours were bound to emerge about her personal life. She added that they announced their relationship only because their parents were enquired a lot about the same. She said:
“I believe in the sanctity of certain things. It’s natural that rumour started. We decided to put it out because both parents were involved, who are also way more private than we are. A lot of calls were coming in, so we said okay ‘let’s put it so that people are not confused’. We thought that was the responsible thing to do at that point.”
In the concluding segment of the interaction, Aditi Rao Hydari expressed gratitude on the love and appreciation she got from her fans, over her engagement announcement. The actress emphasised how she always has been apprehensive about people being too poky in her personal life, but she has been corrected now. She added:
“I always like to look at things positively. I believe in the sanctity of my privacy. I also feel that I’m in a very privileged place where I want my privacy, but, my God, look at the amount of love and blessings and the way people feel so happy for us. I’d like to accept that with an open heart and say thank you for it, because it’s very precious. I think people realise that they are human beings. Why should we be tiptoeing around? I believe that everybody has a personal life and what they want to keep private is up to them, and what they want to tell they should be able to tell.”

Previously, in an interaction with Bollywood Bubble, Aditi Rao Hydari spilled beans about her engagement venue. The actress revealed that she and her beau jumped to the special chapter of their lives at a temple, which belongs to her family and dates back to about 400 years old.
