Dia Mirza celebrated her first Diwali with her husband, Vaibhav Rekhi, step-daughter, Samaira Rekhi and son, Avyaan Azaad Rekhi. She also shared a little glimpse of her baby boy.
It was on May 14, 2021, when Dia Mirza and her husband, Vaibhav Rekhi Rekhi had become parents and had welcomed a baby boy. Dia Mirza had announced the 'good news' on her Instagram handle by sharing a glimpse of the little one and revealing their son’s name. They have named their son as Avyaan Azaad Rekhi.
Since the birth of their son, Avyaan Azaad Rekhi, mommy, Dia Mirza, and daddy, Vaibhav Rekhi have been enjoying time, raising their son. Time and again, we see Dia, sharing cute pictures with her son on her social media handles. And on her son’s first Diwali, Dia fulfilled her mommy duties and dressed him in the cutest outfit.

On November 5, 2021, Dia Mirza Rekhi took to her Instagram stories to share a glimpse of her son, Avyaan Azaad Rekhi. She shared a cutesy video of her son wearing a white kurta and red pyjama for his first Diwali. Her cute baby boy was seen resting in his baby cot. However, Dia did not reveal his face and placed a diya emoticon to cover his face.
In the story, she thanked the apparel brand, Mama Naturally for gifting her son a beautiful attire. She wrote:
“Thankyou @mamanaturally.in for this beautiful sustainable kurta for Avyaan.”
Dia Mirza Rekhi also shared a few stories of her Diwali celebration with her family. The picture featured her daughter, Samaira Rekhi and mother-in-law, Poonam Rekhi. Atop her picture, she wrote, “My favourite girls.”

On November 4, 2021, the mother of two took to her Instagram handle to share a heart-warming family picture. The picture featured Dia Mirza Rekhi along with her businessman-husband, Vaibhav Rekhi, their son, Avyaan Azaad Rekhi, and daughter, Samaira Rekhi. In the picture, Dia Mirza was holding Avyaan in her arms, however, she didn't reveal his face. Dia donned a yellow salwar suit while her husband wore a red kurta, Samaira wore a printed multi-coloured salwar suit and Avyaan wore a white kurta and red pyjama.
Sharing the picture, Dia penned a Diwali wish for her fans, which can be read as:
"Happy Diwali from our family to yours. May darkness be dispelled by the light of love, kindness, peace and wisdom. #HappyDiwali #SunsetKeDiVaNe"
