A video has made the rounds on social media where two gunmen were seen carrying out the attack.
The reason for Ayesha's death was a gunshot. She reportedly died on the spot after a gunshot wound to her neck. Following her death, her father reportedly raised his suspicion and revealed how his daughter was called outside her home just before her passing. The shocking incident grabbed attention; amid this, let's look at what happened and what her father alleged.
If the reports are to be believed, Ayesha Gilamana, who was also known as Shamsu Bibi, was shot dead in Taxila city near Pakistan's federal capital on August 14, 2026. Ayesha's father, Fazal Sahibzada revealed that his daughter received a phone call from a man named Kashif (Kashi) just hours before her passing. According to Ayesha's father, she was called by Kashif outside her home. Ayesha was allegedly involved in a financial dispute with two other men, identified as Kausar and Javed.
Reportedly, before her death, Ayesha was constantly receiving death threats, and several demands for a particular payment were being made. Ayesha allegedly filed a case against Kausar and Javed in Islamabad. Coming to what exactly happened, reportedly, after receiving the call from Kashif, Ayesha took her car and left. She was accompanied by her 15-year-old sister, Aseema, and her brother, Naimatullah. After a while, the family was informed that Ayesha was shot dead while Aseema sustained serious injuries.
Ayesha and her siblings were reportedly taken to THQ Hospital Taxila, where their father identified his late daughter’s body. Two unidentified gunmen reportedly targeted Ayesha and opened fire near a petrol station. The bullet reportedly struck her neck, and she was found dead. The shooting further led the driver to lose control, and the vehicle collided with another vehicle, leaving Aseema severely injured. CCTV footage has since made the rounds on social media, where the two gunmen, allegedly aged 30 and 35, were seen on a bike and leaving the place.
Ayesha's father is taking legal action, and along with the same, he suspects that either the shooting was directly connected to the threats that she was receiving for the financial dispute, or someone might have hired the two gunmen to carry out the shooting. He also revealed that he would be able to identify the gunmen if they were presented to him.
As of now, no arrest has been made, and reportedly the authorities have been closely investigating the matter, including what could be the reason behind the fatal shooting that took Ayesha's life. A glimpse from her alleged funeral also made the rounds on social media, while her brother shared that her social media account reached 30 million likes before her passing; however, the family chose to deactivate it following her tragic death.
