On October 13, 2023, the official Instagram handle of the Colors channel dropped a video of Salman Khan. In the video, the actor can be seen dancing inside the BB house. Moreover, he looked dapper in a black T-shirt, which he teamed with black pants and a red leather jacket. Moreover, in a statement issued by Salman Khan, he also talked about his long association with the show. The actor also revealed that the theme of this year, Dil, Dimaag aur Dum has made three different paths for the contestants. In his words:
"I have a long-standing association with Bigg Boss, and I've witnessed that each edition brings novelty and sets the bar of entertainment higher. In this season, the mantras of Dil, Dimaag aur Dum have laid out three paths for the contestants, and it will be an exciting watch to see their journey unfold. I'm looking forward to hosting this one-of-a-kind edition as the contestants take on this interesting challenge of teaming up with the Boss himself."

Just like every season, the seventeenth season of Bigg Boss is also coming with a different theme. This year's BB will be based on the concept of Dil, Dimaag aur Dum. According to the makers of the game reality show, this year, Bigg Boss himself will be part of the game and will team up with the contestants. The participants of the BB house are free to choose any of the approaches from Dil, Dimaag aur Dum to express their emotions, chemistry, personality and much more.
This year, a most innovative and never-seen-before element has been added to Bigg Boss 17. And it is none other than the Archive room. Bigg Buzz is a part of Bigg Boss's Weekend Ka Vaar episode, where Krushna Abhishek can be seen interacting with the evicted contestants of the show. This special segment will also see some guests joining the panel and giving a fresh perspective on the show to the audience.
For the first time in the history of Bigg Boss, the viewers will get a virtual tour of the BB house. Well, the audience will get a tour of the house via social media. Moreover, the contestants will also be revealed on social media through a tarot card reader. As per the reports, the tarot card reader will help the contestants in picking the right approach in the game.
On October 13, 2023, the IG handle of the Colors channel dropped a video of the first couple of Bigg Boss 17. In the video, the star couple, whose faces were not clearly visible, can be seen setting the stage on fire with their fierce dance moves. However, looking at the video, we can guess that it is none other than Ankita Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain.
