In a recent interview with BBC, Yumna Zaidi revealed that her character in Tere Bin is very different from her original self. She added that the character was very frustrating to play, and she even had anxiety attacks due to it. Yumna explained that her character, 'Meerub' was very foolish and made the wrong decision and enacting those scenes on-screen petrified her.

On December 29, 2023, the makers of Tere Bin announced that the drama will come back with a new season but with the same cast. Wahaj Ali and Yumna Zaidi are retained as the leads. The show will soon be released, but the exact date has yet to be announced. Tere Bin makers further added:
