After a big, fat Punjabi wedding, Indian cricketer, Harbhajan Singh, and Bollywood actress, Geeta Basra threw a reception party on November 1, 2015 that was worth remembering. It was not only attended by the biggest names of the cricket world, but two Prime Ministers were also present to bless the couple! Before the reception, there was a cocktail party, where plenty of well-known faces turned up. Yuvraj Singh took a break from his Ranji Trophy commitments to be a part of Harbhajan’s special celebrations. India test captain, Virat Kohli even posted a selfie with the groom. Bhajji was spotted in another pink turban, which almost matched the pretty pink dress Geeta Basra was seen in.

IPL's (Indian Premier League) Mumbai team’s captain, Rohit Sharma attended with his fiance, Ritika Sajdeh. These lovebirds are lined up to tie the knot on December 13!

Harbhajan and Geeta hosted their reception party at The Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi on November 1, 2015. The theme for the reception was 'glamorous Bollywood', and Entertainment Design Company made the reception invites keeping that theme in mind. It was a very filmy card, shaped like a clapboard with movie posters embossed in gold on one side and names of the newlyweds on the other side.
Recently retired Virender Sehwag, chairmain of the IPL (Indian Premier League), Rajeev Shukla, cricketers Munaf Patel and Kapil Dev attended the wedding. Varun Aron, Cheteshwar Pujara and Murali Vijay arrived together. MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi were also in attendance. There were reportedly more than a 1000 guests at the reception.

Personalities from the world of cricket were not the only ones present. Hockey player, Sardar Singh was also there.
The current Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, as well as former Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh also graced the reception party, and blessed the couple.

The couple again wore colour coordinated outfits at their reception. Geeta wore a mirror work lehenga with a tunic-style choli. Her diamond necklace, earrings, and maang tikka looked gorgeous with the rest of her attire. Bhajji looked dapper in a velvet blue sherwani with embroidery.
