The diva won hearts with her exceptional acting performances in serials like Naagin 5, Sherdil Shergill, Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi… Meri Bhabhi, and Qubool Hai. Moreover, it was her role as 'Anika' in the television series, Ishqbaaaz, which made her a household name. However, in her personal life, the diva is currently in seventh heaven as she recently got married to her long-time boyfriend, Karan Sharma. However, it was Surbhi's bridal avatar which swooned our hearts.

There's no denying the fact that the way Surbhi Chandna ditched the monotonous red hues on her wedding day and opted for a Turquoise-hued lehenga with carnation pink highlights won our hearts. For the unversed, Surbhi's wedding lehenga was designed by the designer duo, Jigar and Nikita. In a recent interview with ETimes, they shared details about Surbhi's lehenga. The designer duo revealed that they wanted the dress to reflect the diva's personality. Therefore, they chose the colour Turquoise, making it the perfect match for the diva's calm, friendly, and cheerful demeanour. The designers shared:

"Surbhi has a unique personality and we wanted her wedding outfit to reflect the same. Instead of traditional red, pink, or ivory, we chose Turquoise because it matches her calm, friendly, and cheerful demeanour.”

Surbhi Chandna's wedding lehenga took a whopping 70 days to be made

In the same interview, the designer duo, Jigar and Nikita, mentioned that they wanted to create the perfect ensemble for the bride, Surbhi, by adding a blend of traditionality and modernism to it. The designer duo further mentioned that they worked hard to meet Surbhi's expectations, and it took them a total of 70 days to finalise the ensemble, which had minute pearl and zardozi detailing. Sharing that their hard work felt worthwhile when Surbhi flaunted her smile while wearing it, the designer duo stated:

"Our goal was to maintain tradition while adding a modern touch that would suit both Surbhi and Karan. It took us almost 70 days to finish it, with intricate zardozi work and pearl detailing. When Surbhi wore it on her big day and smiled, all the hard work felt worth it. We’re really happy she trusted us.”

In an interview with the same portal, Surbhi Chandna stated that the wedding day is the best day in a girl's life as it changes her life forever. Talking about her wedding outfit, Surbhi stated that she has dressed like a bride a couple of times in her reel life, but in real life, when she wore her bridal outfit, the little girl in her did a happy little dance out of joy. She also thanked her designers for creating this amazing outfit for her wedding day. Surbhi stated:

"I not only wanted it to be the best but also something unique, just like me! Thanks to Bindani by Jigar and Nikita, they made it happen. I remember when I first saw the outfit, I was left speechless, and the little girl in me did a happy dance. I also want to thank all my fans and well-wishers who have showered their blessings on us and complemented our looks."

Surbhi Chandna looked like a princess on her wedding day, and there was no second thought about the fact. The diva donned the Turquoise-hued lehenga that featured baby pink-hued intricate threadwork along with heavy embellishments. Moreover, the corset-style blouse came with heavy work and pearl detailing, which was indeed unique, and it screamed pure aesthetics. Surbhi kept her dupatta tied to her hair, which was a proper justice to her wedding look. The diva amped up her bridal look with a choker, matching maang-teeka, white chooda, and customised kaleeras. A soft touch of makeup and open hair added stars to her look.

Taking to her IG handle, Surbhi Chandna dropped some adorable photos from her Qawali night. The diva shared that it was the day she and Karan exchanged rings. Moreover, for the day, the much-in-love couple twinned in black-hued ensembles. Surbhi stunned in a sequinned bralette top and flared pants, which she teamed with a sheer jacket. A sleek neckpiece and a pair of matching earrings added stars to her look. On the other hand, Karan looked handsome in a black kurta and Patiala pyjama, which he teamed with a sequinned jacket.
