When all were busy celebrating and welcoming the New Year, this beautiful actress had double celebrations going on. One was the New Year and the other was the new phase of her life. We are talking about Udaan fame actress Ginnie Virdi.

Yes you read that right! Udaan’s Ranjana aka Ginnie has changed her tag from being Ms. to Mrs. The beautiful damsel walked down the aisle with long-time beau Parminder Singh Malhi On January 1, 2017. It was a hush-hush ceremony, which surprised many of her fans and friends. Only their family members and some of their close pals were present at the do.
In fact, in an interview recently, Ginni said that marriage is on the cards, but not very soon. And then, suddenly this good news broke and many of the industry people were also surprised.

Coming to the point, for the wedding, the actress chose to wear red and golden attire teamed up with minimal makeup and heavy jewellery. The handsome groom, on the other hand, opted for black and white bandhgala, which he paired with a red-coloured pagdi and stole. The actress shared the first picture of her Gurudwara wedding that took place in Delhi. This is the picture that we are talking about:

Their wedding ceremony was followed by a grand reception party. For this function, Ginnie picked a red-golden saree with black border and a heavy necklace, and she looked beautiful in it. On the other hand, Parminder looked dapper in coat pant of orange and white combination. Here is a picture from their reception night:
When Ginnie was asked the reason for choosing January 1 as her wedding date, she was quoted as saying:
“I believe that you should do what makes you happy on the first day of a year. The muhurat coincided with the New Year and we had some important rituals on December 31. I think it’s a sign that we will spend the rest of our lives together.”
Little is known about Ginnie and Parminder’s love story, but the actress herself spilled the beans and revealed a bit about it. Here‘s what she said in an interview with a leading daily:
“We both met few months ago and started talking slowly. Gradually our liking turned into love. And usually people feel their personal space is lost when they are in love but I am loving the freedom of being in love.”
