Elvish Yadav rose to fame via his sarcastic, humorous YouTube vlogs, but his fame multiplied by manifolds after participating in Bigg Boss OTT 2. The youngster even won the season and created history by being the only wildcard contestant to win the title of Bigg Boss. However, Elvish's life went downhill as after his BB stint, one after the other controversies kept embroiling him in their grasp. The most recent being the snake venom case where Elvish was accused to suppling snake venom to rave parties.
Elvish was arrested on March 17, 2024, on charges of suspected snake venom distribution under the violation of Wildlife Protection of Animal Rights NGO People for Animals (PFA). He was detained for 14 days in judicial custody. However, he was released a few days later, on March 23, 2024. Now, not even a day later, Elvish has resumed his work, and fans are elated about it.

On March 24, 2024, Elvish Yadav landed at Gujarat airport to attend a pre-scheduled Holi event. The YouTuber was dressed in a grey-hued T-shirt and black cargo pants. Elvish was seen carrying a backpack and luggage back as he was escorted out of the airport. At the airport's exit, Elvish was greeted warmly by many of his fans, who surrounded him to convey their warm regards to the star.
Elvish seemed to be in quite a good mood and was seen smiling as his fans crowded around him. A few of them even gifted flower bouquets to the BB winner. Later, someone from the crew held Elvish's hands and guided him out of the port as his fans kept accumulating around him.

Elvish's life was derailed after his imprisonment, but the YouTube is making a conscious effort to bring it back on track. A few hours after his bail, Elvish shared a picture of himself clad in a white shirt, blue denim and a leather jacket as he posed alongside his two cars. Sharing the picture, Elvish penned a cryptic caption in Hindi, which in English can be read as:
"Time is not visible but many things are visible."
On March 24, 2024, Elvish shared his first YouTube vlog after bail, in which he indirectly talked about the harrowing experience of his life. Elvish stated that the week inside jail was very dark and disturbing, but now that he is back, he will resume work and focus on the positives of life. He added that he hadn't done anything wrong and also said that no one should face what he had to go through in life.
