For the event, she wore a white-hued, off-shoulder dress with lacy fabrics at the bottom. She teamed her look with minimal accessories, including stud earrings, and a messy top-knotted bun hairdo with a few free strands of hair. However, soon after Disha's glimpses from the Ajio Grazia Young Fashion Awards, started surfacing on the internet, netizens started reacting to it. An Instagram user named Diet Sabya penned, "Why is she wearing the lining of a wedding gown?", sharing a picture of the actress from the event. In reply to the user, another netizen mentioned, "She's been lied to several times that she can wear anything."
To celebrate the release of the film Yodha, on March 15, 2024, the makers organized a special screening a day earlier for the eminent celebrities of Bollywood. Thus, Disha had yet again put her best fashion foot forward to grab the netizens' attention. For the event, she was spotted wearing a silverish gown with a cow neck, a deep cut back, and a mermaid-style cut bottom. Disha teamed her look with open hair, soft nude makeup, and a statement neckpiece.
